This compact, versatile gas barbecue, CADAC Safari Chef 2, weighs less than 4 kg and has four different cooking surfaces:
A burner with pan support, a BBQ grid, a baking tray and a lid (can also be used as a soup pan).
The BBQ grid and baking tray have CADAC GreenGrill coating; a ceramic coating for healthier cooking.
Thanks to the integrated heat spreader under the BBQ grid, the heat is distributed well across the entire cooking surface.
The removable grease pan catches the cooking residues, but at the same time protects the burner of the Safari Chef from the wind and keeps the burner from blowing out.
You can easily clean it with soapy water.
The Safari Chef is easy to take with you thanks to its folding legs and the supplied carrying bag.
An ideal BBQ for use at the campsite, on the balcony or in the park!
LP versus HP
The Safari Chef is available as a low-pressure appliance (LP) and as a high-pressure appliance (HP).
This Safari Chef HP works directly on an EN417 gas cartridge (not included!)
