The USER who, without prior written consent, copies the drawings and models found on the Website is guilty of the crime of counterfeiting and piracy as defined by the law of 15 May 2007, punishable by a prison sentence of three months to three years and a fine of 100 to 100,000 EUR. VAN'N BIKE will not fail to file a criminal complaint against alleged counterfeiters.
  • 3.5. The USER acknowledges and agrees to pay a fine of 5,000 EUR per infringement of the intellectual rights of VAN'N BIKE, in particular for copying images found on the Website. This is without prejudice to VAN'N BIKE's possibility to appeal to all means of right, including and not limited to the infringement claim on the merits, the claim for damages and the claim to take appropriate measures or to adapt the technical facilities.
