Van 'n Bike - heavy duty

The Heavy Duty is an additional option that we recommend when using bike carriers for 3 or 4 bicycles.

It provides a fourth point of support by absorbing the weight and torsion during driving.

The system, which consists of a retractable seat belt with hook, can be easily mounted on the Van 'n Bike with one bolt.

A blind rivet nut is provided on each Van 'n Bike to mount the Heavy Duty.

This blind rivet nut can be found on the left-hand side of the middle horizontal tube and is covered by a black plastic screw.

An 'eye' is attached to the hinge on the top left-hand side of the camper to which the Heavy Duty hook can be attached.

The Heavy Duty can then be tightened with the lever.

To release the Heavy Duty, press the red button.

The belt will relax, so that the hook can be easily removed from the 'eye'.

The belt will roll back automatically.
