At Van 'n Bike we attach great importance to the quality of our products!
At the beginning of March 2020, we achieved our quality standard at KIWA, and we would like to maintain it!
Because we have been continuously improving our product since its launch in early 2017, we have decided to perform an update on the installed Van 'n Bikes from before 15/08/2019.
The adapter at the bottom left, on which the tailpiece of the Van 'n Bike fits, we have adjusted since 16/08/2019 to a more solid model with a longer lifespan. We want to equip the Van 'n Bikes that were installed before this date with this now.
What to do?
In the meantime, quite a few updates have already been made and our distributors have been notified.
There will undoubtedly still be customers we were unable to reach.
Do you have a Van 'n Bike that was installed before 15/08/2019?
We will then perform a free update.
